The Magic Stickers

Have you heard some of the stickers could stay sticky after being washed and removed several times? Normally stickers like vinyl stickers, paper stickers and puffy stickers will leave glue or viscosity become weaker after removing several times. Now we will list the features and comparisons of these 3 kinds of stickers which can be washable, removable, recycled. They are widely used for kids' sticker book playgrounds or glossy DIY areas,  we called those Silicone stickers, TPU stickers and TPE stickers.

Silicone-waterproof

Silicone stickers like their name are made of silicone. Silicone not only has a soft touch and is eco-friendly but has stable chemical properties enabling silicone stickers to be anti-high temperature. It can be sticky on any glossy surface, like windows, mirrors, kids books, etc. The thickness of the silicone stickers can be customized from 0.1mm to 1.0mm, both transparent and white color supported. Due to the soaring silicone price in recently years, the silicone sticker has become  the most expensive among these three.

PU is a highly versatile elastomer with unique properties, touching soft and its thickness could be customized. Extra glue could be added to the PU materials during stickers' processing, which enables PU stickers to be applied to any glossy and matte surface. Compared with silicone stickers, its chemical stability is slightly worse and is not suited for the surface with temperatures higher than 70℃. PU sticker is a good replacement if you don’t have enough budget for silicone stickers.

Thermoplastic elastomers (TPE), the nature of their molecular structure give TPE high elastic properties. Looking at the appearance and basic function, there is not much difference between TPE and PU. Due to the raw material of the PU being more recyclable and its higher cost than TPE, TPE will be a good substitute for PU.
